Shipping Overview
Origin & Fulfilment: All parcels are securely shipped from within the European Union using trusted fulfilment practices and plain, neutral packaging.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During relocations, holidays, or system updates, delays may occur — these will be communicated via banners or email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two types of shipping:

Tracked shipping is only enabled in countries with stable customs processing. In high-risk zones (e.g. Italy, Sweden), we may limit tracked options for your benefit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and available shipping options.
- Untracked EU shipping: €4.95 – €7.95
- Tracked EU shipping: €9.95 – €14.95
- Special packaging or split shipping: additional costs may apply (clearly shown before checkout)
We never profit on shipping. Our goal is safe, efficient delivery — not hidden markups.
Customs & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped:
- Valhalla is responsible until dispatch
- The customer is responsible once the parcel enters local transit or customs
If customs seize or delay your parcel, we cannot offer replacements or refunds — regardless of chosen shipping type.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
This policy aligns with EU Directive 2011/83 (Article 16), which excludes returns for certain goods, including:
- Perishable or sealed goods
- Custom-prepared items
- Goods with tamper-evident seals

Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Valhalla cannot be held liable for lost shipments due to:
- Typos or formatting issues
- Incomplete or unverified addresses
- Mailboxes or drop points that reject parcels
Discretion & Packaging
All shipments are:
- Plainly packaged (no logos, no identifying marks)
- Sealed for integrity
- Shipped with minimal data required (never includes product names on the label)
