Where We Ship – Countries, Zones & Limitations
Valhalla ships far and wide — but not everywhere. This section covers international shipping zones, country restrictions, and mail-forwarding exceptions for smart planning.
Which countries do you ship to?
Curious about Valhalla international shipping? We ship to many countries — but not all.
Some borders welcome research. Others… less so. Here's how it works:
🔸 We currently do not ship to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, England, Belarus, Finland, Northern Ireland, Norway, Russia, Scotland, and Turkey.
🔸 Outside of Europe, we only ship to select destinations, including:
🇨🇦 Canada 🇯🇵 Japan 🇦🇺 Australia
🚫 We never ship to:
The USA, Thailand, or Saudi Arabia — no exceptions, no grey zones.
Some destinations come with product-specific restrictions. If shipping isn't calculated at checkout, your product or country may not qualify. Always double-check before placing an order.
📌 Special rules apply to certain countries:
France: Only 1D-LSD, 1S-LSD, 1V-LSD and 1cP-LSD are available.
Germany: We only ship 1S-LSD.

Do you ship to mail forwarders?
No, we don’t.
We don’t ship to mail forwarding services — and we don’t play hide and seek with parcels. If you enter an address that’s linked to a forwarder, it’s fully on you. ❌
📦 If your parcel goes missing, gets blocked, or never shows up — we won’t replace or refund it.
So choose your address wisely.
Can I have the parcel delivered to a hotel, B&B or temporary address?
If it’s a regular address with a name and number? Yes, we can ship there.
But be aware: delivery to hotels, hostels, Airbnbs or temporary stays is fully at your own risk. If the front desk fumbles or the location turns tricky — we can’t step in.
So if you choose to go nomadic, make sure someone’s ready to receive the goods.
Can you ship my order with DPD, DHL or UPS?
At this time, we ship exclusively with PostNL — it’s our default courier for trusted dispatch across Europe.
📦 Want DPD? That’s possible on request, but it’s 100% at your own risk. If the parcel gets delayed, stuck, or lost in transit: no compensation.
🚚 DHL or UPS? Not available right now.

Valhalla Shipping Methods – Tracked, Untracked & Express
Not all shipping is the same. Whether you prefer speed, stealth, or budget, here’s how Valhalla ships orders — and what you can expect from each method.
What shipping methods do you offer — and do you offer tracked options?
Yes, we offer Track & Trace — and highly recommend it when available. Shipping methods vary per country, and you’ll see your options automatically at checkout once you enter your location.
Here’s how it breaks down:
✉️ AIRMAIL
Airmail is budget-friendly, but risky. It’s untracked, uninsured, and comes with zero compensation or reships. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the postal void.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, reach out to us. We’ll do what we can — but know that this option is your call, your risk.
📦 TRACKED (Recommended)
This method is insured, traceable, and comes with fallback protection.
If your parcel doesn’t move or arrives late (15+ working days), we can open a courier claim — but only with your approval. Why? Because we must disclose the parcel’s content.
If the claim doesn’t resolve within 14 days, we’ll reship to a new address of your choice.
👉 This is the option we trust — and so should you.
🕵️♂️ TRACKEDUNINSURED
This one’s trackable, but not insured. If it disappears in the shipping ether for more than 60 working days, we’ll offer up to 50% compensation — in store credit or a one-time reship to a different address.
💸 Compensation overview:
Within the EU
• Max compensation: 50% of your order value (no cap)
Outside the EU
• Up to €50 → max €25
• €50–€125 → max €40
• €125–€200 → max €70
• €200–€250 → max €110
• Above €250 → max €150
❗ No compensation for Canary Islands
❗ No reships on untracked orders
❗ No support for customs seizures
🛑 Orders to Italy are only shipped via uninsured airmail, with a max value of €300.

Do you offer express delivery?
Not right now — no overnight rockets here. But don’t worry: most parcels reach their destination faster than you'd expect. We ship efficiently across Europe, and once it’s out the door, it usually moves quick.
Need more speed? Choose a tracked option at checkout — it’s the next best thing to wings.
Can I have the parcel delivered to a pickup or collection point?
Yes — but only if it speaks PostNL.
We currently support PostNL collection points. Trying to mix couriers (like shipping with one and picking up via another)? That’s a no-go. Different networks, different rules.
🏷️ Want to try another pickup location anyway? That’s your choice — but it’s 100% at your own risk. If something goes wrong, we can’t jump in.
Can I place a tracked order and have it shipped later?
Not really — once a shipping label is created, the clock starts ticking. Labels expire within days, so we ship out tracked orders immediately to avoid delays or system hiccups.
📝 Got a special request? Drop it in the “customer note” section at checkout. If we can make it work, we will — but no promises. Timing’s a tricky thing.

How Long Are Valhalla Delivery Times — Per Country?
Delivery times vary — sometimes subtly, sometimes wildly — depending on your location, shipping method, and the current pace of the postal gods. Prices and delays can shift quickly per country, and we keep this page updated with the latest info. Here's where things stand now:

Some countries only allow untracked airmail due to stricter border controls. This method may take longer — and comes without tracking or insurance. Choose wisely at checkout.
We aim to keep your experience smooth, but transit times are ultimately influenced by local networks and international logistics. We’ll always ship fast — the rest is up to the route.

Where do you ship from?
All Valhalla orders begin their journey in the Netherlands — packed with care, sealed with intent, and launched from our own warehouse. No middlemen, no mystery hubs — just a trusted dispatch straight from the lowlands to wherever curious minds await.

How Does Valhalla Ship Orders — And How Fast?
If you're wondering how Valhalla ships orders, here’s our standard timeline after payment. We move fast — and so does your parcel. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday). Payments after 13:00 CET? Then your order joins the next day’s dispatch queue.
📦 Tracking info might take a few hours (or overnight) to kick in — especially when the gods of logistics are juggling overtime. But don’t worry: once your parcel leaves Valhalla, it’s already en route to your doorstep.

What packaging do you use?
Every Valhalla parcel is prepped like a treasure worth protecting.
Here’s how we do it — step by step:
🛡️ Inner layer: Each compound is sealed in its own mylar or ziplock bag, clearly labelled (but never flashy).
🛰️ Middle layer: We vacuum-seal everything into a silver Mylar bag — sleek and totally unbranded.
There’s zero reference to the contents or to Valhalla.Store. No logos. No hints.
📦 Outer shell: The sealed Mylar goes into a bubble mailer, tough enough to handle the journey without drawing attention.
In short: our packaging is clean, discreet, and built for low-profile delivery — exactly how it should be.
What happens if I’m not available to accept or pick up my parcel?
In short: the responsibility is yours.
If a parcel goes undelivered because it wasn’t accepted or picked up in time, we can’t offer a reship. That includes tracked shipments.
📦 The courier will usually leave a pickup slip or delivery attempt notice. From that moment, it’s your mission to collect it — or to make sure someone’s there when it lands.
We don’t reship parcels that were missed due to absence, address errors, or delivery refusals. Choose your delivery address wisely — and be ready when the package calls.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
First: take a breath. Most parcels make it. But here’s how we handle it if they don’t.
📦 If you chose a tracked & insured option (TRACKED or TRACKED ST):
We’ve got your back. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the timeframe, we’ll start a reship — unless customs is holding it for inspection.
We’ll always keep you updated during the process.
✉️ If you chose airmail or untracked methods:
That path comes with risk. There’s no way to trace or recover those parcels. We’ll help where we can, but no guarantees or reships apply here.
🧭 Important:
We do not reship tracked orders that were not picked up or accepted by the customer. You are responsible for receiving your parcel — at your address, on your watch.

Do you offer stealth shipments?
No need for smoke and mirrors — we don’t offer “stealth shipping” as a separate service. But rest assured: every order is already packed with maximum discretion. No logos. No clues. No noise.
Your parcel looks like just another ordinary delivery — because that’s exactly the point.
My package is seized or held by customs — what now?
Before placing your order, it’s your responsibility to ensure that all items are legal in your country. We don’t play guessing games — and neither should you.
⚠️ If a shipment is seized, delayed, or stopped by customs, we will not offer any refund, replacement, or reshipment. Why? Because once your parcel crosses the border, it’s subject to your country’s laws — and your due diligence.
We keep things discreet and well-packed, but the risk is always yours.
